Double Aster Block Party

Welcome to Nancy’s Quilt Shop Block Party
The Double Aster block will be a fun project. Please read the information in your template package and on the attached label of your 2+2 ruler. The graphics and directions will be very helpful. You are also receiving a page with cutting
technique information. Please read everything before you begin cutting.
A couple of reminders:

1. The completed block is shown “on point”

2. To prevent the templates from sliding, use Invisigrip or a similar product

3. If you have any questions, email me at nancy@nancysquiltshop.com, I will answer questions and problem solve by posting on the website. 

4. You will receive a fabric guide every month and a photo will be posted online

5. ***Before beginning, be sure you are sewing accurate 1/4 “ seams***

6. You are receiving all of your black and white fabric with the first block

Here is the new colorway for month 3. One of our customers has used black in place of the white corners and her blocks really "pop".	Please read the info on the ruler tag for cutting  instructions. You may cut the triangle from the  given piece or trim the piece to a 3 1/2 inch strip  and then cut

Press your fabric and cut templates. Suggested layouts are shown.  In the yellow fabric photo, you would continue to cut a total of twelve triangle A-4 pieces.
